To purchase the product, just reply to the text and let us know how many of the items you'd like. It's that easy - no going to a website required! How does Stuff By Text work for vendors?

If you have a Stuff By Text vendor account, you can easily add products and run events. Stuff By Text takes a percentage of each sale that occurs on our platform. Once an event ends, we will provide the shipping information and the products may then be shipped out. Signing up as a vendor takes about 10 minutes but you will need to have your company information handy (Tax ID, etc.). Vendors can sign up here. See the section 'for vendors' below for more information.

I have been receiving too many texts. How do I make it stop?

If you wish to change your event frequency, log in to your account on our website and update your preferences. Please use the link provided here.
If you wish to no longer receive texts from us at all, make sure you are not currently in an event and text STOP. This will opt out your number.
Each event text you receive is for one particular product. Regardless of the text frequency you chose, you can only participate in one event at a time.

Is there a minimum quantity I must purchase?

Not at all! You can purchase as little or as many of the offered item as you like.
When you receive an event text, follow the prompts to place your order. You'll know you've completed a purchase when you receive your order confirmation text containing an order number.

What is the status of my order?
A:
If you have yet to receive an order confirmation text, you did not finish placing your order. If you have received an order confirmation text but haven't received a tracking number, the vendor is still processing your order.
There's no separate cost for shipping. The price you see when you receive a new event text is the total you'll pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, orders placed at this time can only be shipped within the United States.

Yep! When the vendor has shipped your order, you'll receive a text letting you know that will include a tracking number.

Typically, it will take 1-2 business days for your order to process in our system. Once processed, the vendor will receive your order information and proceed with shipping.
